For over 130 years, we at Güntensperger have been processing the finest Toggenburg milk into high-quality cheese. We know our milk suppliers personally and are committed to sustainable partnerships and the highest quality – from the pasture to the finished product.

What was once founded by August Güntensperger is now being run by the third generation. The family business has grown into a company with over 40 specialists – characterized by passion, experience, and a strong team spirit.

Our cheese dairies in the region produce award-winning specialties – according to time-honored recipes and with a keen sense of innovation. In this way, we combine traditional craftsmanship with new ideas to create unique cheeses with character.

Authentic and personal.

In addition to our headquarters in Lütisburg Station, we have several production facilities and ripening cellars in the region. These include the cheese dairies in Bodmen, Müselbach, Bütschwil and Rossfallen, as well as our ripening cellars in Appenzell and Kirchberg.

Our products find their way far beyond Switzerland. With our experience in production, packaging and logistics, we supply partners worldwide – reliably and with the highest quality.
