In 2017, the new cheese ripening facility in Lütisburg-Station, with space for 57,000 wheels of cheese, was completed. As the Güntensperger cheese dairy had grown steadily in the past, the cheese ripening facility in Bütschwil, with its 17,000 spaces, had become far too small, necessitating more space.

In addition to the new maturing warehouse, space was also created for all packaging, which today serves as a transshipment point for all deliveries. The company office is also located on the upper floor, from where the company's finances are managed. Outside the building is the factory store, which is open on Fridays and Saturdays.
