Cheese Dairy Rossfallen

The Rossfallen cheese factory will become part of Güntensperger.

The historic Rossfallen cheese dairy in Goldingen, right next to the Atzmännig recreation area, is becoming part of Güntensperger. With it, master cheesemaker Reini Züger joins us – we are gaining not only a special cheese dairy, but also valuable expertise.

 

With four cheese-making sites, we are well-positioned. This allows us to flexibly produce our tried-and-tested classics according to customer requirements. At the same time, these four cheese-making facilities provide ideal conditions for further developing our recipes and creating new cheese specialties.
