OUR DAIRY SUPPLIERS

Our milk comes from over 120 farms in the Toggenburg region. All of them are committed to species-appropriate animal husbandry and respectful treatment of their animals.

 

The farmers are an integral part of our value chain – not anonymous suppliers, but close partners. Many farms are small-scale and run with a great deal of personal commitment.

 

This approach shapes the milk, and therefore the cheese. We process it fresh daily and consciously avoid pasteurization.

 

This creates a flavor that doesn't hide its origin, but reveals it.
