From the most natural places in Switzerland comes unique milk

From more than 90 farms in Toggenburg with species-appropriate and respectful animal husbandry comes our milk of the best quality.

The best milk is essential for cheese of the highest quality. Our milk suppliers are not far from us and are part of Güntensperger Käse AG, just like the rest of the team.

Most of the cows and goats are kept on very original and rural farms. This means few employees with a personal connection and above all a respectful treatment of the animals. Animal welfare is not just a figurehead for us, but a personal concern.

Husbandry and milking methods are also directly reflected in the taste of the milk and thus the cheese. At Güntensperger, the milk is freshly processed and not pasteurized. We ourselves are often on the homely farms in the midst of the idyllic mountain world and always like to convince ourselves of the quality of the milk.
