General information on cookies and trackers This document informs users about the technologies used by this website to achieve the purposes described below. These technologies enable access to or storage of information (e.g. through the use of cookies) on the User's device or the use of the device's data processing capacities when the User accesses or runs this Website. For the sake of simplicity, such technologies are defined as "trackers" within this document, unless there is a need for differentiation. For example, although cookies can be used in both web and mobile browsers, they are not considered browser-based trackers in mobile apps. Therefore, the term cookie is only used in this document when specifically referring to the type of tracker. Some of the processing purposes for which trackers are used require the consent of the user, depending on the applicable law. If consent is given, it can be freely revoked at any time in accordance with the procedure described in this document. This website uses its own trackers (so-called "first-party trackers") and external trackers in connection with third-party services (so-called "third-party trackers"). Unless otherwise stated in this document, such third parties also have access to the trackers they manage. The validity period and expiry of cookies and other similar trackers depend on the lifespan specified by the provider or the respective third-party provider. Some of them expire as soon as the user ends the browser session. For more detailed and up-to-date information on the lifespan and other information - e.g. regarding the use of other trackers - users are referred to the descriptions of the categories listed below and, in addition, to the linked privacy policies of the relevant third-party providers or by contacting the provider. What is a cookie? A cookie is a small file of letters and numbers that is downloaded to your computer when you access certain websites. As a rule, cookies enable a website to recognise a user's computer. The most important thing to know about the cookies placed by Wix is that they make our website a little more user-friendly, e.g. by saving website preferences and language settings. Why do we use cookies? We may use cookies and similar technologies for various purposes, for example: i) for security and fraud protection and to detect and prevent cyber-attacks; ii) to provide you with the services you have selected; iii) to monitor and analyse the performance, operation and effectiveness of our services; and iv) to improve your user experience. Users can find more detailed information on these processing purposes and the personal data used for each purpose in the "Detailed information on the processing of personal data" section of this document. Operations involving the use of trackers User experience This Website uses Trackers to provide Users with enhanced options and features for interacting with external content, networks and platforms.
