The FC St.Gallen cheese is a medium-spicy cream cheese that has matured for four months.

Not too mild, not too spicy, this cheese suits many tastes.

Just 11 years after the Güntensperger cheese dairy was founded in 1868, on April 18, 1879, football-mad St.Gallen residents came together to form FC St.Gallen. This makes the FCSG the oldest football club in Switzerland. FC St.Gallen 1879 cheese is in no way inferior to the enthusiasm and passion that the green and white aspens spread throughout eastern Switzerland. As a homage to the favorite club of the brothers Reto and Marcel Güntensperger and cousin Roman Egli, it embodies the tradition, loyalty and emotionality of a great regional success story that causes storms of enthusiasm on and off the pitch. An ideal gift, not only for die-hard FCSG fans.
