 With the first firm bite and the light, characteristic scent of goat cheese in the air, we instantly picture ourselves on the steep pasture slopes, surrounded by proud Toggenburg goats. As the playful goats wink at us while nibbling herbs, the mildly spicy aroma spreads across our palate. The cheese's down-to-earth character culminates in a truly regal experience.

 - It is traditionally produced entirely by hand in the specialty cheese dairy in Bodmen, mostly by the owner himself.
 
 - A mild yet subtly spicy cheese. Ideal for those new to goat cheese.
