Temperatures are rising again, nicer weather is on the horizon (hopefully soon) and with it the desire for barbecue evenings together outdoors. Not only meat, vegetables and other items go well on the barbecue, but also cheese - to be precise, fried and grilled cheese. Güntensperger has developed the perfect product for just this occasion.
Our specially devised fried and grilled cheeses
One of our newest products is our fried and grilled cheeses. These fit wonderfully into the barbecue season, but they can just as easily be sautéed in the frying pan at home. They complement both the barbecue buffet and a variety of menus. Our decades of experience in processing milk into cheese manifests itself here in an innovative and very carefully refined product.
The crunchy bite of our fried and grilled cheeses is reminiscent of a Rösti that has been generously topped with fine cheese. Once in the creamy centre, the cheese exudes various aromas on the palate. The aroma can be spicy and mildly sweet, red pepper-scented, or teasing and surprisingly spicy - depending on which flavour you choose.
