Güntensperger’s Wildblütenkäse shines with fresh splendor: thanks to a new, carefully balanced blend of flowers, the cheese now has an even more colorful, aromatic appearance. Organic Firstkönig 6+, made from 100 % organic milk, now also comes in a new design. In typical Güntensperger Käse AG fashion, the label has been created so the wheel can be easily quartered without compromising its elegant appearance. The taste remains unchanged: strong and spicy, full-bodied, with fine ripening crystals that give it its unmistakable character. It uniquely crowns our organic cheese range – just as the seven Churfirsten mountains crown the Toggenburg region.
